If you moved, your address changed and you must tell the State. The good news: the change can be made online, with no office visit. Here's how, what form 0351 is, and the deadline to stay compliant.
Online: the fastest way
The simplest way is online, on the BPS Servicios en Línea portal. You log in with your Usuario gub.uy and use the “Modify constituted or fiscal domicile of contributor” service.

BPS — Change of constituted domicilehttps://www.bps.gub.uy/11360/modificacion-de-domicilio-constituido.htmlStep by step:
- Go to scp.bps.gub.uy and log in with your Usuario gub.uy.
- Find the “Modificar domicilio constituido o fiscal de contribuyente” service.
- Choose which address to change: constituted, fiscal, or both.
- Enter the new address. Everything is filled in online — no documents to submit.
- Confirm. If your registration requires it, also make the change at the DGI.
Form 0351 (DGI–BPS)
The 0351 is the unified DGI–BPS form for businesses. It's used to register and whenever your registry data changes — including your address.

There's a deadline to report it: up to 30 calendar days from the change. Missing it generates penalties (it's a contravention).
